Refund policy

At MOLNAR we want every customer to feel completely confident in their height-adjustable desk purchase. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, simply email us at info@molnar-store.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business working days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or differed from what was ordered — in which case MOLNAR covers all return costs. Custom or made-to-order desks are non-refundable unless faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for high-value items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
